Each piece from ‘Damian By Mischelle’ is handcrafted in one of our ateliers by a team of specialist craftsman applying the highest quality control standards. We are confident that the combination of design, quality and combinations of stones incorporated into each piece is unique. These elements underpin the very essence of our brand as well as forging the trust shown to us by our clients across the region.

All of our pieces are delivered with a lifetime guarantee. We will, without question or cost to our clients, repair any faults that develop due to ordinary wear and tear. Further more, we are delighted to replace or reset stones or change the colour of the 18k gold settings, according to client wishes, as tastes and preferences evolve over time. We also provide a cleaning and polishing service for all of our fine jewelry so that the beauty and luster of each piece can be maintained over the years. No charges of any kind will be applied for these services to our clients.

We respectfully remind our clients that our prices are fixed for all of our clients, without exception. Instead, we devote all of our creative energy to redefining and re-designing the very essence of luxury encapsulated by fine jewelry. The prices offered reflect the quality of our work, the innovation of our design, the lifetime guarantee that we extend to all our pieces and the extensive after-sales service that we provide to all of our clients.

Our global supplier network gives us access to a rich variety of fascinating stones over the course of any year. Whilst the exact timing is impossible to predict for very special pieces, we offer a specialist sourcing service for clients that are after very specific stones, many of which rarely reach the public marketplace.

The collections on offer to our clients is constantly evolving. Under the direction of our chief designer, Mischelle, we produce extremely limited editions of any single design. And even within these design parameters, the incorporation of different combinations of stones and colours of gold means that no two pieces are ever identical.

Upon special request, one-off designs can be produced for a client that we guarantee will never be reproduced again. Pricing for this service is available after a consultation with our chief designer.

The delivery time for an order can vary between four and twenty weeks, depending on the availability of the stones required and the complexity of the design. An estimate will always be given at the time of order confirmation but there may be factors over which we, inevitably, have no control.

All orders require a 30% deposit at the time of confirmation with full payment made at the time of delivery.
